SKINCARE, HOME GOODS & ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE.
Malo Kai Accessories and Skincare are all final sale, meaning they are non exchange-able, & non returnable.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. All returns following Malo Kai Co's return policy will be accepted for a full refund (skincare, home goods, accessories, and final sale items are final sale and will not be issued a refund).
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
We do the best we can to ensure merchandise quality and order accuracy. Please inspect all merchandise in your order before wearing. In the event that there is an error or defect with any item you have received, please contact us immediately - before wearing or removing tags & liners.
HOW TO RETURN
To start a return, email us at aloha@malokaico.com to request a return. Please include the following information in your email: Order Number, Item Name, Quantity to Return & Return Reason.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
CONDITIONS
- Only full priced merchandise is eligible for a full refund.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, damaged, or washed.
- Merchandise must have all original tags attached and must be neatly placed in its original plastic bag for protective purposes. Original plastic bag must not be missing, ripped, or torn.
- For health purposes, hygienic liners on swimwear MUST be still intact and no signs of removal upon receipt of returned items.
EXCEPTIONS
Our standard return policy applies for most items and issues. However, please bear in mind the following exceptions:
- Sale Items: All sale items purchased are FINAL. No store credit or exchanges will be granted on sale items.
- Skincare, Home Goods, Accessories: All skincare (sunscreen and beauty products), home goods (candles and scents), and jewelry purchases are FINAL. No refunds or store credit will be granted on these items.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
